Vegetarian, Dietetic and Gluten-free cooking courses

The vegetarian, dietary and gluten-free cooking class is an opportunity to learn how to prepare delicious and healthy vegetarian, gluten-free and low-fat and low-calorie recipes. During the course, students will learn to select healthy ingredients and use cooking techniques to preserve the nutritional value of foods. In addition, information on how to meet the nutritional needs of a vegetarian and gluten-free diet will be provided, and substitution options for ingredients commonly used in cooking that can be hard to find or expensive will be presented.

Our workshops use a wide variety of recipes to create a complete meal (starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert) or to create a theme (e.g. starters, first courses, side dishes). Separate equipment reserved for gluten-free food preparation is used but the environment is not gluten-free sanitized. We therefore do not recommend serious celiac sufferers to eat the dishes prepared during the course. For the usual gluten intolerance attention to hygiene to prevent contamination is sufficient. The absolute sterilization, however, is not guaranteed. Who has a serious diagnosis of celiac disease avoid the consumption of what he has prepared for school.

Vegetarian and Dietetic Cooking courses

There are different dietetic and vegetarian courses available. The school presents an ample variety of recipes organised as complete meals (starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert) or as themes (starters, first courses, side dishes and desserts), vegan or vegetarian, or raw food or low-fat.

Gluten-free cooking courses

A  wide variety of recipes organised as a complete meal (starter, first course, second course, side dish and dessert) or as a theme (e.g. first courses, gluten-free starters, side dishes). Students learn how to use gluten-free flour,  the dough and cooking for traditional recipes converted to gluten-free. We use different appliances reserved for gluten-free cooking but the environment isn’t isolated for gluten-free cooking. Gluten-intolerant students can therefore eat prepared dishes but serious celiac sufferers should abstain from tasting the food.
